1.3. Returns are not accepted for electronic products such as software, digital codes, in-game gold, or items.

Return Process
2.1. Return requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service. Once your return request is received, we will get back to you. 
2.2. Upon approval of the return request, the customer will be provided with details regarding the return process.
2.3. The shipping costs for the returned products are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, in which case Lotkeys.com will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds
3.1. Once the return process is completed, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be made to the customer's original payment method.
3.2. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. It may take several business days to complete this process.

Non-Acceptable Return Cases
4.1. Return requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
a) If the product has exceeded 14 days since the purchase.
b) If the product has been used, tampered with, or damaged.
c) If the product is an electronic item (such as software, digital codes, in-game gold, or items).
