Exciting Changes Announced for EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team

As the anticipation for EA Sports FC 25 continues to build, fans are eager to see the new features and improvements coming to Ultimate Team. EA Sports has revealed a preview of the system updates set to enhance the Ultimate Team experience, ahead of a detailed review coming at the end of August. Key changes include SBC Storage, weakened goalkeeper movements, specialized corner tactics, and more.

Division Rivals Updates

Division Rivals has undergone significant updates over the past few years, and FC 25 brings even more exciting changes:

• Reintroduction of Relegation: Players will no longer remain in leagues where they don't belong. This ensures fairer competition by adjusting leagues based on players' performance.
• Reduced Checkpoints: EA Sports is decreasing the number of checkpoints in each league, making progression more streamlined.
• Points-Based Rewards: Instead of relying solely on wins, rewards are now tied to points. Players earn three points for a win and one point for a draw, contributing to their weekly reward progress.
• Elimination of Initial Challenges: Starting from Division 10, the initial challenges will be removed. Instead, FC 25 will recognize the highest league achieved in FC 24, giving players a ranking advantage.

SBC Storage

One of the most significant changes in Ultimate Team history is the introduction of SBC (Squad Building Challenge) Storage. This feature allows players to store up to 100 untradeable duplicate player items. No longer will players need to worry about discarding duplicates. In FC 25, you can send, store, and easily retrieve these duplicate players from a new tab in SBCs.

Evolution Changes

Responding to player feedback, EA Sports has made evolution requirements less restrictive in FC 25. This adjustment will allow players to use a wider variety of player items more frequently. Additionally, more evolution items will be added, providing more opportunities to upgrade your player items.

Removal of Contracts

Contracts have been completely removed from Ultimate Team. Player Items and Managers will no longer require contracts, simplifying squad management and allowing for a more seamless gaming experience.

Weakened Goalkeeper Movements

Goalkeeper movement has been nerfed in FC 25. Goalkeepers can now only move 1-2 steps in any direction manually, and there will be a short cooldown period after use to prevent overuse. This change aims to create a more balanced and realistic gameplay experience.
