User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("User") and Lotkeys Limited ("Site") when you use our services on the Site.

1. Acceptance and Commitment to Services

1.1. By accessing the Site or using our services, the User declares that they have fully read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

1.2. The User agrees to act in accordance with this Agreement and to comply with the terms of use of the Site.

3.2. The User undertakes not to engage in the following activities on the Site:

a) Publishing content that violates copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights,

d) Reselling or transferring purchased products to other users without permission. In such cases, all responsibility lies with the User.

4. Cancellation and Refund

4.1. Digital codes, accounts, in-game gold, and items purchased are the responsibility of the user and are non-refundable.

4.2. Lotkeys.com does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions. The User assumes any responsibility arising from the use of these products.

4.3. If the User purchases the wrong product and it has been delivered, no return is possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Lotkeys.com does not guarantee that the services on the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The User uses the Site at their own risk.

5.2. Lotkeys.com is not responsible for the User's actions on the Site or interactions with other users.

6. Amendments to the Agreement

6.1. Lotkeys.com reserves the right to update or change this Agreement from time to time. The updated Agreement will be notified via the Site.

6.2. The User agrees to act in accordance with the updated Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. The laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will apply to disputes related to this Agreement.

7.2. In resolving disputes between the parties, negotiation and mediation will be the primary recourse.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. Lotkeys.com owns all intellectual property rights (texts, graphics, logos, images, etc.) on the Site. Unauthorized use of these contents is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

8.2. The User agrees that any content (comments, reviews, feedback, etc.) submitted on the Site may be used, published, or modified by Lotkeys.com.

9. Termination or Suspension of User Accounts

9.1. Lotkeys.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts on the Site without any reason.

9.2. The User acknowledges that access to the Site will be terminated in the event of account cancellation or suspension and that this situation will not give rise to any compensation rights.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1. The User declares that they have read and accepted Lotkeys.com's privacy policy. The privacy policy is published on the Site and explains how the User's personal data is processed.

10.2. The User understands and agrees that they are responsible for the security of the personal information they share during their activities on the Site.

11. Links and Third-Party Sites

11.1. The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. Lotkeys.com is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Access to and use of these sites is entirely at the User's own risk.

12. Validity of the Agreement

12.1. If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted as closely as possible in accordance with applicable laws, and it will not affect other provisions.

13. Payment Security and 3D Secure Code Protection Provisions

13.1. When making a payment, especially using the 3D Secure method, for your security, do not share the 3D Secure code sent to your mobile number with anyone. This code should be used and protected only by you. If you share your code with third parties, our site cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise.

13.2. As a User, it is your responsibility to protect and keep this code secure. When you accept the User Agreement, you commit to complying with these rules. While our site fulfills its responsibility to ensure the security of members, it is entirely your duty to ensure the security of your code. Our site will not be responsible for any damages that may result from not keeping your code secure.

13.3. Complying with these rules is extremely important both for ensuring your financial security and for protecting the security of other users. By following these guidelines in your payment transactions, you can have a safer and more seamless shopping experience.

14. Disclaimer of Liability in Cases of Loss and Theft

14.1. Lotkeys.com does not accept any responsibility in case of loss or theft of user accounts or digital assets. Users are fully responsible for the security of their accounts and the digital products they purchase.

14.2. The User is obliged to keep their account information and digital codes secure and not share them with third parties. In the event of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use, Lotkeys.com cannot be held responsible for damages arising from such incidents.

14.3. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that users take all necessary measures to protect their account information and digital assets. The User agrees to fulfill their responsibilities as outlined in this clause.

15. Right to Reject or Limit Purchases

15.1. Lotkeys.com reserves the right to reject any customer purchase or limit the quantity of purchased products. These decisions will be made at the discretion of Lotkeys.com and may be applied without any reason.

15.2. Lotkeys.com may cancel or limit orders in certain situations. These situations may include suspicious or fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or decisions based on the user's previous behavior.

15.3. The User acknowledges that Lotkeys.com has the right to make such decisions and that Lotkeys.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these decisions.

15.4. In the event of order rejection or quantity limitation, Lotkeys.com will inform the user as soon as possible and will process the relevant refund, if any.
