This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("User") and Lotkeys.com while using our services on Lotkeys.com ("Site").

1. Acceptance of Services and Commitment

1.1. By accessing the Site or using our services, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.

1.2. The User undertakes to act in accordance with this Agreement and comply with the terms of use of the Site.

3. Account and Security

3.1. The User must provide the necessary information to create an account on the Site. They declare that this information is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

3.2. The User is entirely responsible for the security of their account information and should not share this information with others.

4. Description of Products and Services

4.1. The features, prices, and related taxes (including VAT) of the offered digital products are specified on the product pages.

4.2. Digital products are delivered electronically after payment, and the procedures related to product delivery are explained in the product details.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. The User agrees not to use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

5.2. The User may not engage in the following activities on the Site:

5.2.1. Sharing content that infringes copyright, patents, or trademarks.

5.2.2. Violating other users' privacy or bypassing security systems.

5.2.3. Sharing spam content, harassment, or abusive activities.

5.2.4. Selling or transferring purchased products to others without authorization.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Purchased digital codes, accounts, in-game gold, and items are the responsibility of the User and are non-refundable.

6.2. If the wrong product is purchased, a refund is not possible if the product has been delivered.

6.3. Lotkeys.com does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions. The user assumes any responsibility arising from the use of these products.

6.4. Termination of the right of withdrawal. Due to the nature of the products purchased through the Site, you lose your right of withdrawal after the product reaches you. This is because, after the product is provided to you, access to content on external platforms can be enabled, and this occurs outside the control or approval of Lotkeys.com (in most cases, Lotkeys.com cannot verify whether the product is used on external platforms). Therefore, once the product key is delivered to you, resale is not possible, and the contract made through the Site is considered fully performed and is not subject to the right of withdrawal.

7. Pricing and Payment Terms

7.1. Prices are indicated including VAT and are shown during payment.

7.2. Payment via the 3D Secure method is mandatory. The User should not share password information with anyone to ensure payment security.

8. Delivery and Right of Withdrawal

8.1. For digital products, there is no right of withdrawal once used or activated.

8.2. If delays or technical issues occur related to product delivery, Lotkeys.com provides support.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Lotkeys.com does not guarantee that the services on the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The user uses the Site at their own risk.

9.2. Lotkeys.com cannot be held responsible for the actions of the User on the Site or their interactions with other users.

9.3. All products purchased through the Site are in the form of unique keys. These keys grant their owners access to related content on external platforms. The Site does not sell physical products. In the event that the products do not function (i.e., access to content on external platforms is not granted), Lotkeys.com is responsible. However, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws, Lotkeys.com does not provide any guarantees or accept any responsibility for the suitability, quality, legality, objective or subjective compliance, entertainment or usability factor, or functionality of external content. Users are advised to contact the external platform where the content is accessible directly for issues related to external content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lotkeys.com expressly disclaims any responsibility for the actions or omissions of external platforms or external content and/or their terms and conditions.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1. Lotkeys.com holds the intellectual property rights to all content on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, etc.).

10.2. The User allows Lotkeys.com to use the content they submit.

11. Privacy and GDPR Compliance

11.1. The User accepts the data processing methods explained in Lotkeys.com's Privacy Policy.

11.2. The User is responsible for the security of their personal data and has the following rights:

12. Cookie Policy

13. Links and Third-Party Websites

13.1. The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. Lotkeys.com is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Accessing and using these sites is entirely at the User's own risk.

14. Account Cancellation or Suspension

14.1. Lotkeys.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend User accounts without providing any reason.

14.2. The User agrees that if their account is canceled or suspended, their access to the Site will end, and this situation will not give rise to any compensation rights.

15. Security Against Loss or Theft

15.1. Lotkeys.com does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen User accounts or digital assets. Users are entirely responsible for the security of their accounts and purchased digital products.

15.2. Users must secure their account information and digital codes and not share them with third parties. Lotkeys.com cannot be held liable for damages resulting from such losses.

15.3. It is strongly advised that Users take all necessary precautions to protect their accounts and digital assets.

16. Rejection or Limitation of Purchases

16.1. Lotkeys.com reserves the right to reject any purchase or limit the quantity of products purchased. These decisions will be at Lotkeys.com’s sole discretion and may be implemented without providing any reason.

16.2. Lotkeys.com may cancel or limit orders under certain circumstances, including suspected fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or decisions based on previous User behavior.

16.3. Users agree that Lotkeys.com holds this right and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from such decisions.

16.4. In cases of order rejection or limitation, Lotkeys.com will notify the User as soon as possible and, if applicable, process a refund.

17. Updates and Enforcement

17.1. Lotkeys.com reserves the right to update this Agreement and will notify updates via the Site.
