Atomfall, inspired by the 1957 Windscale disaster, takes players into a fictional quarantine zone set five years after the catastrophic event. This zone includes diverse environments such as rural landscapes, valleys, and caves, all completely isolated from the outside world.

The game's storyline centers on uncovering the truth behind the Windscale incident. Players will explore military camps, abandoned underground bunkers, and confront the dangers of pagan relics. Equipped with a metal detector, they’ll unearth secrets buried beneath the surface, adding depth to the game’s mystery.
