Starfield Releases New Beta Update!

Bethesda has released the second beta update for Starfield in November. While this update does not change the game's version number 1.8.84, it introduces several gameplay, interface and graphical fixes and enhancements. Starfield beta updates are currently only available to Steam users.

Improvements to DLSS Support

This update is focused on fixing various graphical and interface issues aimed at improving the game's support for DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling). The update aims to deliver expected support for Nvidia DLSS and a more stable gameplay experience. However, while this update does not change the version number of the game, it does include a number of fixes and enhancements focused on DLSS support.

Graphics and UI Fixes

Aynı zamanda karakter modellerinde hayalet etkileri, bulanık dokular veya her ikisinin birden göründüğü bir sorunu da çözüyor. In-Game Troubleshooting

The update also fixes a bug where the camera was sometimes too jerky during Grav jumps, ship weaving and other landing transitions.

Beta Update and Steam Users

Starfield beta updates are currently only available to Steam users. Steam users who wish to receive this update should right-click on Starfield in their library, select "Properties", then go to the "Betas" tab and select the experimental version of the game from the "Beta Participation" drop-down menu. Switching to the Starfield beta will allow Steam to automatically download this update and all future beta patches.

Graphics

• Improved overall DLSS stability.
• Fixed an issue with DLSS Frame Generation where in some cases a blurry effect could be seen and the screen could go black.
• Fixed an issue with DLSS Frame Generation that could sometimes result in blurred characters or ghost effects.
• Fixed an issue where some sharpening and graining could be seen in very dark areas when DLSS was enabled.

Interface

• Fixed DLSS preset defaults to Performance or Quality DLSS mode when exiting Display Settings.
• Fixed an issue that could not correctly open DLSS Frame Generation.
• Improved Display Settings to forcefully turn off V-Sync when DLSS Frame Generation is enabled.
• Display Settings DLSS localization has been improved.

Gameplay

• Fixed an issue where the camera would occasionally shake accidentally during Travel, Grav Jump, Docking or Landing transitions.
